From Slashdot:

"The BBC reports that Monty Python's 'Life of Brian' will be re-released, with the remaining Python troupe's full support, in US theaters next month. The Film's Distributor, Rainbow Film Company are marketing the film as an alternative to all the hype that Mel Gibson's film 'The Passion of the Christ' has generated. Trailers for the Film will begin running in theaters on Good Friday."

Yup, SajeBlog still broken. If I updated more often, maybe I'd care enough to fix it...

And: Damn you, 7:30 am DiffEq test!

It is 4:30 in the morning and I just finished my problem set, due in a few hours. Why? Because I left the notebook with the half-finished problem set in a cluster, and haven't seen it since. So I had to do the set all over again. Wee.

I have two evening lab classes this term, which I forsee as being somewhat sucky.

Wanted to give blood today, didn't have time. Bah.

Otherwise, all is not so bad in the world of Saje.

Must fix the pretty pictures on SajeBlog... and figure out what the heck I'm doing for Spring Break.

So, as you can see, VirtualAve has cut off free service, so my blog no longer has images.

Anybody know of another free site hosting service that would allow me to host images for SajeBlog? Ideas much appreciated.

Health update: I have a bit of a headache, and my cold is still in full force.

Hallo! It's Friday, y'all! That means I HAVE NO CLASSES TOMORROW!

It's friggin' cold outside right now. Better than last night (which was "Feels Like: -45 F (windchill)"), but only marginally. The lucky thing about Pittsburgh, though, is that they saturate the streets and sidewalks in enough salt to change all the world's lakes and rivers into ocean water. So, relatively little slipping!

Unfortunately, I have developed a cold. Go East Coast viruses! Doesn't seem too bad yet, but I have been going through the tissues pretty quickly. And I'm using as an excuse to do things like sleep, avoid working, buy warm drinks, and eat fattening salt-and-vinegar chips. Yum.

Dropped that class, though. I'm down to "just" the 6.

Back at CMU. Tired. Cranky. 3 hours behind, AND I didn't get much sleep last night.

Less snow here than in Portland, though :)

Happy 2004!

And also a very happy birthday for SajeBlog. Sorry it's so late...

So! Long time, no postie. Yes, I managed to survive my last final (got an A, by the way), and get myself home to Portland. Have been having an overall good time so far, and don't really want to go back to Pittsburgh at too-damn-early AM. (I've been whining about going back for the last few days... I don't know why my family has been putting up with me.)

Snow, slush, ice. Our car may be snowed in tomorrow morning... I'll probably be out there at about 4:45 with Ye Olde Friendly Snow Shovel. Could be quite the adventure.

At least I'm not snowed-in in McMinnville anymore. And, hey, it looks like the airport will even be running tomorrow (good thing for me!). But it's bound to be a zoo, what with people delayed for so long.

Almost done packing now. Then I can shower and sleep.

Pittsburgh ahead.

Had a good t-giving with sis. Had soup, pie, tofurkey, mashed potatoes... good things in life.

I don't think people as stress-prone and high strung as Sirisha and I should be roomies. Especially if we're going to be partners on homework projects. It's a Bad Thing. I wish I could learn to be more laid back... but Sirisha and I just seem to bounce stress off each other, until it gets really bad.

I don't think it's really either of our *faults*... we just can't let go.
